Working as the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement at SmashFly means I get to help Sales and others in the business become better and faster than they are today. I train, I build process and I manage our tools. I look for ways to overcome existing challenges and avoid future obstacles to set us up for success. I believe enablement is the silver bullet that makes a sales organization successful and it deserves a champion, so that's what I strive to be everyday. I admire and appreciate the craft of sales and look for ways to make that craft even more targeted through insights found in our data, improving the way we do things and enabling my sales team to focus on the craft they do so well by removing obstacles. I love spending time with my family and I enjoy an unhealthy relationship with my Kindle. I also love cooking and harbor the dream of someday competing on Chopped, which my family happily encourages.
