Time at SmashFly: 9 Months



My job at SmashFly allows me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on implementing customer integrations, but also get to work on back end connections that make SmashFly work. I am a Taleo expert and regularly put that knowledge to work. I’m defining customer requirements and using them to optimize SmashFly use. Streamlining their existing ATS processes is an added benefit. When you’re spearheading a revolution in the recruiting space like we are complacency is the enemy and innovation is your greatest weapon. Outside of work I am a full-time dad and husband. My wife and two daughters have noticed a remarkable difference since I started with SmashFly, the work-life balance is unmatched.
